Zack Dell

Zack was inspired to learn how to play tennis after attending the US Open a few years ago and shortly after joined Rainbow Rackets. At his first Drill and Play event, he managed to miss every serve, but everyone was so friendly and understanding that he came back! Since then he has consistently improved and even won a match recently! Through tennis, he has met many new friends who love to play and watch tennis together. Motivated by this journey, Zack wanted to become involved in Rainbow Rackets to provide a friendly face to new beginners as they start playing!

Outside of tennis, Zack is a bonafide nerd with a STEM background, who loves learning new hobbies. He plays video games, does fiber arts (knitting, crochet, and embroidery), and enjoys reading. He is also a member of an LGBTQ+ softball team. Zack is excited to become more involved in Rainbow Rackets and help shape the future landscape of LGBTQ+ tennis in New York.
