Leo Pagarigan
Vice President
Leo is the Managing Director of Community Engagement at Common Energy, where he helps bring solar power (and those sweet energy savings) to communities that deserve them most. He leads outreach to low-to-moderate income households, making sure clean energy isn’t just for people with rooftop terraces and Tesla chargers. Before going full solar evangelist, Leo was a senior financial officer at one of New Jersey’s largest organizations serving individuals with intellectual disabilities.
On the tennis front, Leo is a former President of the Metropolitan Tennis Group of NYC, where he launched fan-favorite events like the Liberty Open and the Atlantic Cup. Some of Leo’s most cherished memories aren’t tied to trophies, but to the people he met between sets. The tennis group became more than a place to compete—it became a place to belong. Over years of matches, tournaments, and long conversations after the final point, he found some of his oldest and dearest friends. What began as shared court time grew into lasting friendships that have carried through life’s milestones, challenges, and celebrations—proof that sometimes the greatest wins happen well beyond the baseline.
